Soprano ICE has been proven safe and effective for all body parts and is approved for all skin types. Unfortunately, this laser is the most effective on pigmented hair and isn’t effective on white hair that has no pigment. However, this is an excellent solution for all other hair and skin types (even tanned skin!)
Most people begin to see optimal results between 6-8 treatments. During each treatment, we will treat hairs at different stages of their cycle. Most clients are expected to see approximately a 10-15% reduction in hair per treatment. More resilient areas may require further treatment sessions.
While those long summer days can be just perfect, there are some environmental side effects like intense heat and a high UV index that has the propensity to damage and weaken your complexion, leading to poor skin health no matter your skin type.
Applying sunscreen more regularly and sweating more than usual can also lead to unique skin concerns. HydraFacial treatments can boost your skin using all sorts of powerful ingredients like salicylic acid, glycolic acid infusions and serums, along with a light massage which will get rid of any pesky active rashes, puffiness and redness and meet your skin’s wants and needs.
When you look at your thighs or other areas of your body and see dimples in your skin, you’re likely looking at cellulite. While this is something that you might not be thrilled to see, it usually doesn’t impact your overall health. Fortunately, cellulite reduction is a procedure that is available and that offers several benefits.
The process of cellulite reduction doesn’t take long to complete. There are no surgical openings made as the treatments are performed using the non-invasive Z-Wave technology. The cellulite that is beneath the skin is gently broken apart by the massage device so that it can be naturally absorbed.
One of the benefits of cellulite reduction and perhaps one of the primary reasons as to why many people have the procedure is to reduce dimpling on the skin. You’ll usually see this dimpling more on your thighs and on your buttocks. The cellulite beneath your skin creates the dimples, which is why they go away when the fat deposits are broken down. At that point, there isn’t anything left to cause dimples to appear. For some people, it could take a few sessions for the process to be complete.
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure for your skin. Your healthcare provider uses a special instrument to shave away the uppermost layers of your skin. Dermaplaning can help reduce the appearance of acne scars or other skin imperfections by revealing newer, undamaged skin.
Dermaplaning is good for people who don’t have any severe skin issues, such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or acne. It can help even skin tone, brighten a dull complexion, and remove unwanted facial hairs. What is the downside of dermaplaning? Risks to dermaplaning include breakouts, cuts, and scarring.
It’s a myth that your facial hair will become either thicker or darker after dermaplaning. It just isn’t possible for your hair to do this, as dermaplaning is a non-invasive exfoliating treatment. The hair will grow back, but it won’t change colour or thickness.
